The hotel provided me with a room much larger than expected at the front desk, and the Bistro was a very nice touch. The service by the staff was superbly helpful and friendly, especially considering my 6 years of checking in at this same hotel. The location was perfect, right in the midst of restaurants, shops, and a park, overlooking the lake at Rio. The dining experience offered a nice spread of fresh food, although the Bistro prices could be considered a bit high. The overall facilities were impressive.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and had 2 comfy beds, a tub, and provided toiletries, though toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were not included. The cleaning could use some extra attention to detail. The location was convenient for exploring the surroundings, with plenty of nearby bars, shops, and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel rooms were clean, spacious, classy, and bright, featuring a nice comfortable bed, seating area, a small refrigerator, and a coffee machine, though needing attention to detail in the cleaning department. The service was mixed, with some instances of unfriendliness when complaints were made but overall helpful and pleasant. The location was fantastic, walkable to various attractions and in a charming neighborhood of Washington DC. However, the dining experience was disappointing, offering overpriced pre-prepared foods with limited options.
